Book One-On-One Coaching Sessions to Gain Influence, Authority, and Confidence
How It Works:
Before
Book your first session in Jasleen's calendar (you will receive a link to your inbox). If you booked a package that includes resume review or rewrite, you can send your resume to jasleen@dialogue-coaching.com along with your target role(s) and top 2-3 companies. Prepare your main goals for the first session, including the strenghts assessment (if applicable).
During first session
The first session is all about goal setting and being clear on the coaching areas that will have the biggest impact on your over-arching goal. This will all be completed on your virtual whiteboard in Canva and we will continue to build on this each session as we bring the most relevant tools and frameworks customized for you.
After first session
After each session, you will decide what actions you want to take in between sessions to implement what you are learning. Even when you aren't feeling like you're making progress, book your next session within 2 weeks so ensure we deal with roadblocks, recalibrate the plan and continue to build momentum. You will have access to a private chat and app with Jasleen where she will share resources and track progress.
